The double room was spotless and included a comfortable sofa bed. the setting is marvellous and absolutely perfect, conveniently located next to taxis for city tours and a tram line for easy access to shops and the Melbourne CBD. It's also close to public transport.

This place is well priced and the staff are amazingly nice. They offer modern, budget rooms with the shower, kettle plus a mini bar. There is an electric kettle and a fridge.

Got the same twin room booked online with an ashtray and microwave plus a mini bar. It was nice to have an electric kettle and refrigerators available. The food was gorgeous and the staff was kind and great. The location was marvellous in a fairly nice area, near to tram stops as well as Melbourne.

Recently renovated rooms that are a good size, located in a really nice area near the markets 🛍️. the food is excellent, and it's a fantastic spot if you're heading to Swinburne University.
